L’affannosa ricerca smodata della bellezza col tentativo di raggiungere la tanto agognata perfezione nel contesto sociale che abitiamo e viviamo, conduce l’individuo a perdere spesso la vera essenza del proprio essere. I vecchi canoni lasciano spazio ai nuovi, fatti di stereotipi e modelli innaturali e plastici, i quali generano spesso inadeguatezza ed esclusione ai danni del tipologicamente diverso. Pertanto, paragonando l’essere umano ad un’opera d’arte, bella, profonda e dal valore inestimabile, accentuando gli aspetti caratterizzanti il soggetto (nonché la stessa artista) e la cultura di appartenenza, lo scatto nonostante la velata ironia, indaga sugli effetti del presente sul passato e sulle ripercussioni del primo sul futuro, a favore di una riscoperta del bello imperfetto e di una valorizzazione del corpo, custode di fragilità e unicità. Un ciclo in cui solo la giusta consapevolezza di sé stessi e l’amore verso il diverso, può portare all’epilogo per un finale diverso.
